Ever Forward Counselling services is a private practice working to help our clients face the difficulties they encounter with confidence, strength and workable strategies.

At Ever Forward, we work first to understand who you are before jumping in to solve problems. We don’t deal in one-size-fits-all strategies. Instead, we focus on finding solutions that work for you, without making you feel like you need to be someone else for things to feel better. Its is more satisfying and sustainable to find approaches that feel natural for you, rather than working towards what someone else considers normal.

Individual Counselling

With individuals, Ever Forward works to find positive solutions that utilise the personal strengths and resources of clients. With the right support, people can become agents of their own personal change to improve their lives.

We work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression and stress as well as those with more complex metal health concerns.

Relationship Counselling

We provide relationship counselling, using evidence-based techniques that enable people to process and reflect on past difficulties, find pathways through difficult times and, most importantly, to reconnect and find joy.

Relationships can be incredibly diverse – a blend of individual personalities, perspectives and behaviours as well as the shared understanding of what your relationship boundaries are. Our approach has allowed us to work successfully with what might be considered traditional relationships, while also providing support for the lgbtiq+ community, the poly community and those in arranged relationships.
